Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to all governorates of Egypt.

Delivery time

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 working days
  • Other governorates: 2–5 working days

Orders are processed within 24 hours on working days (Saturday to Thursday). Orders placed on Friday or on a public holiday are processed on the next working day.

Shipping fees

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your governorate. The exact amount is always shown before you confirm your order.

Free shipping

Orders above a set amount qualify for free shipping. The current threshold is shown in your cart and at checkout.

Order tracking

After your order ships you can follow its status from the Track an order page using your order number and phone number. Our team also contacts you on WhatsApp to confirm the order before it is dispatched.

If delivery fails

If the courier cannot reach you after two attempts, the order is returned to us. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct at checkout.
